Article X - Dissolution

Upon dissolution of this non-profit corporation, assets shall be distributed to the Alliance For Community Media, Washington D.C.. Upon dissolution, all outstanding debts of the Organization shall be paid prior to distribution to the successor organization. No benefit, except for approved compensation as set forth herein, shall be conferred upon any Board member or member upon dissolution.
